Australia Post price increase
As of October 2019, parcel postage prices have changed. The website calculates its own postage charges from different categories. We will be working with the website to align the different items with the best postage option for our customers. This will be a trial and error approach as one method of post won't suit all items. We will refund excess postage costs if need be. If you have any concerns about postage costs please contact us.

We use Australia Post for all our parcels. We will carefully package all items for transit and can supply photos of items in the packaging (if requested). We are NOT responsible for any loss or breakages caused by Australia Post. We will liase with them when needed to help with lost items.
If you wish to send via express post or would like to add insurance to the package, this will incur additional fees please contact us if this service is required.
